How to submit applications.
Step 01: Please download the application form and Sleep PTS website www.pta.gov.pk To Download the Application Form And Challan Form.

Pay the proposed test fee to SHBL and UBL's Malik Park at any of these online and fill out the application form correctly.
PTS will not be responsible for delays in the application form sent through the postal service.
Submitted Deposits are non-refundable.
The application deadline is July 08, 2012.
Already a government employee, I applied through the department.
Candidates can apply for only one post.
Encouragement will be given to women candidates to apply.

Note: People under the age of 22 are not eligible to apply.
