A year is spent on the apprenticeship training plan. There are many different professions where apprenticeships are possible, such as instrument mechanic, radio mechanic/telecom, general electrician, mechanical (gas fitter), HVAC technician, steel welder, and corrosion control technician.

Candidates will receive a full year of training in all topics.  DAE and B.Tech graduates can apply for these roles, among others. The age range for each of these roles is 14 to 25. Both Sindh and Balochistan provinces offer this apprenticeship program.
